What we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver your order.

We do not collect card or bank details. We do not have a card payment system. You pay cash at the door, or by Easypaisa/JazzCash directly to us if you choose advance payment.
Our website also collects standard technical information — pages visited, device type, and how you arrived at the site — through the tools listed below.
Tools that collect data on our website
- Shopify hosts our store and processes order information.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel tells us which of our ads brought you here, so we do not waste money showing ads to people who have already bought.
- TikTok Pixel does the same for TikTok ads.
- A product review app stores the reviews and photos customers choose to submit.
These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the website will still work.
How we use your information
- To confirm, prepare and deliver your order
- To contact you about that order on WhatsApp
- To arrange a replacement if a product develops a fault within 3 days
- To ask you, once, for a review after delivery
- To improve which ads we show and to whom
We do not send marketing messages to people who have not ordered from us. If you order and later ask us to stop messaging you, we stop.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information to anybody.
We share it only where it is necessary to run the business:
- Shopify, which stores our order data
- Meta and TikTok, in the form of advertising data, so we can measure our ads
- Our own delivery person, who receives your name, address and phone number for that day's deliveries
Nobody else receives your information unless we are required to provide it by Pakistani law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the business and handle any dispute — normally two years from the date of your order. After that we delete them.
Review content you submit stays published until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Remove a review you have submitted
- Stop contacting you
Message us on WhatsApp or email orders@thetoyplayground.com. We will action it within 7 days.
Children
Our products are for children, but our website and ordering are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
