Most online toy shops in Pakistan hand your parcel to a courier and hope it arrives. We do not.
In Lahore we deliver personally. Our own person brings your order, stands there while you open it, and waits while you check it.
That is not a marketing line. It is the reason we can promise the next thing.
Open the box at the door. Take the product out. Count the pieces. If anything is wrong — wrong item, damaged, something missing — hand it straight back to us and pay nothing.
You are not sending money into the dark and hoping. You are buying a toy the way you would buy it in a shop, except the shop came to you.
Checking at the door catches a lot. It does not catch the magnet that comes loose on day two.
So if something stops working within 3 days, send us photos on WhatsApp and we replace it. We collect the faulty one and bring the new one ourselves. At no cost to you.
Every product we sell, we have handled ourselves.
We would rather sell three toys we can stand behind than three hundred we have never opened. When you ask "what is this one like?", we want to have a real answer — not a line copied from a catalogue.
No bot, no call centre. We deliver everywhere inside Lahore. If you are outside the city, message us first and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
