Yes. You pay our delivery person in cash after you have checked the product. Nothing is taken from you in advance.

If you would rather pay in advance by Easypaisa or JazzCash, we take Rs 200 off your order — and you still get to inspect it at the door.

Yes, and we want you to. Open the box, take the product out, count the pieces, look for damage.

If anything is wrong, hand it back and pay nothing. We only ask that you do not fully assemble it and start playing before you decide.

2 to 3 working days in Lahore, from the moment we confirm your order on WhatsApp. Monday to Saturday; Sundays and public holidays do not count.

Nothing. Free delivery all over Lahore, on every order, with no minimum.

We deliver to every area of Lahore. For anywhere outside the city limits, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Real. Our own person brings your order to your door — you meet them, they stand there, and they wait while you check it. We do not hand your parcel to a courier and disappear.

If it is faulty or damaged when you open it at the door, do not pay. Hand it straight back.

If a fault appears within 3 days of delivery, send us photos or a short video on WhatsApp and we replace it free of charge. We collect the faulty item and bring the new one ourselves.

No. Once you have inspected the product at the door and paid, the sale is final.

That is exactly why we let you open the parcel and check it properly before any money changes hands — that is your moment to decide.

We tell you honestly what each product is on its own page. We do not describe something as a branded original unless it is one.

Age guidance is on each product page. Many toys contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.

If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your child's age — we will tell you honestly whether it suits them, including when the answer is no.

We reply, confirm your address, and usually make a short voice call before we set out so nothing goes wrong.

Just message us on WhatsApp and ask. We do not use courier tracking numbers because we do not use a courier — the tracking is us, telling you exactly where your order is.

There is no walk-in shop — that is deliberate, and it is why delivery is free. We keep the stock ourselves and bring it to your door anywhere in Lahore, Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You open the parcel in front of us and pay only if everything is right.
